two songs

I really like this band called Good Charlotte, i have been listening to them since i was 16 years old. When i moved to United States I bought this CD, and i love it! this is their second cd, they actually had 4 CDs out right now. The young and the hopeless cd, was the most inspiring cd ever, all the songs have different meanings to me. One of my favorite song is called "The Anthem", and talks about being true to yourself with your own style, this is a really chessy song, pop-punk beat. Back then when i was in high school, this song was my inspiration, because in the songs talks about going to college, high school stories, pressure to fit in with a group. Another song that i really like, and it used to make me cry is "Emotionless" this song talks about how their dad walked out away, and i can relate to this song, cause my mom left me. I love this song, and its totally different from "The anthem" because this is a slow song. The song starts saying "hey dad, im writing to you, not to tell you that i still hate you just to ask you how you feel, and how we fell apart" i feel so connected to the lyrics, on the songs he sings about how he survived all this years without him, and at the end he says i miss you, i think this is a really sad song

Two very different friends

Friends, who can live without one? I love my friends more than anyhting else in the world. I have a friend who lives in North Carolina, and her name is Johana. She born in Honduras, and we met about 3 years ago. She is really girly and she loves the color pink, one of the reason why she is my friend is because we are so different and similar at the same time. we dont listen to the same music, we dont like the same guys (thats a good thing :-p) we dont really have friends in common, she says pink and i say black, she choose nikes and i choose converse, she likes hello kitty and i like Jack skellington. She is the type of person i would never talk to, but life is full of surprises.
My other best friend is Sonia, and she lives here in Chicago, we met about 6 months ago, and i love her! she is a totally tomboy. She knows about cars, and things a guy would talk about. We both dont really hang out with girls, all our friends are guys, except for Johana, and thats what i like most about her. Ever since i was a kid, i would rather play with boys than girls, i always have been a tomboy, and she is just like me in that way. Just like Johana, i never thought i would talk to her, because we seem so different at first, she has a preppy style and Im more into rock, punk princess, kind of thing.
